Matthew from Addressed has provided us with an excellent experience. The agency took over the management of our rental property and immediately introduced themselves with a very friendly email and a phone call which I found to be professional. Matthew has been very responsive since to our emails, professional and efficient. At times, they would respond out of hours on the same day going out of their way. Another example I cite of the efficiency is sending out our references either on the same day or the next day to the next agency. The best estate agents out there. Always the first to reach out to tenants and check in on them rather than wait for tenants to report issues to them. It just shows they actually care and want to keep the property in top condition! If every estate agent was like this then there would be a much better relationship with tenants and landlords. I have received emails and messages this week checking in on how I am and if I need any help in the winter months (thank you Tom Sharp). It’s just nice to feel as though your estate agents actually care about you - it makes me more likely to stay long term. 100% would recommend Eproperty agents.
