The Re-branding of EPA
2020 has been a memorable year for all the wrong reasons and so we wanted to leave our mark on it. Reflecting our ethos, mission statement and values, we crafted a redesign of our brand, hoping to insight some positivity into the property industry this year.
Diving into our logos before anything else, we wanted to keep our same, familiar face that our clients have grown to know. We approached our initial plans for draft one focusing on a more sleek, streamlined approach. The ‘e’ was something we wanted to highlight, which we achieved by continuing the usage of a change of font. As for the rest, it was important for us to create a smaller, more condensed logo (as our elongated version was being overused up to this point). We did this by drafting the full company name underneath the bold ‘EPA’. The select few changes to our logo reflect our relationship with our clients. We wanted to ensure we didn’t stray from the original branding choices that you came to trust when you opted to begin a partnership with us.
The next focus for us was an extensive re-design of our website. Throughout the years, its served its purpose well; providing our clients with the valuable information they desire. However, In its previous state - it had barely reached the outskirts of what was possible. Bringing on an internal marketing team to identify the core elements of our services, they began planning sessions., debating what would stay, what would go and what needed to be added. Our marketing team took to calling our core service elements: “The Key Three”…
