Looking back on EPA’s 2020…
Let’s face it, 2020 is a year that will likely be taught about in schools years from now… But for all the wrong reasons. People’s livelihoods have been taken, people have lost loved ones and overall, it’s been a year we’re all eager to see off in 2 days time.
With this being said, It’s been an interesting year with EPA to say the least! This year has seen the company transform our online presence, employ new and effective ways of handling our business and undergo the presentation of an array of offers to benefit both Client’s and Tenant’s alike!

EPA on Social Media!
In the 21st century, It’s an indisputable fact that we spend more time on our phones than ever before. Consuming content has become very normal in minute - to - minute intervals on our pocket sized devices. This year, we wanted to utilise these methods of displaying our brand.
Having just completely re-branded our online presence, we wanted to build an audience to show it too.The time had never been more perfect to try our hand at social media. We decided to primarily focus our efforts on Facebook, Instagram & Youtube, a platform suited to each of the opportunities we wanted to create for ourselves.
Rebranding EPA
We wanted to keep our same, familiar face that our clients have grown to know. We approached our initial plans for draft one focusing on a more sleek, streamlined approach. The ‘e’ was something we wanted to highlight, which we achieved by continuing the usage of a change of font. As for the rest, it was important for us to create a smaller, more condensed logo (as our elongated version was being overused up to this point). We did this by drafting the full company name underneath the bold ‘EPA’. The select few changes to our logo reflect our relationship with our clients. We wanted to ensure we didn’t stray from the original branding choices that you came to trust when you opted to begin a partnership with us.

The Tenant ‘How To’ Video Guides!
How many times have you sought advice, checked google or phoned a friend for advice on what ended up being a simple fix that took you minutes? We’re willing to bet the numbers are high. And with this in mind, we launched the first load of our ‘How To’ Tenant Video Guides on YouTube!
As with everything we do, our primary focus is going above and beyond for an excellent service delivered to both clients and tenants alike. Now, being nationwide, our tenants locations vary - but the problems they run into? they’re often the same. The goal of the ‘How To’ series is to provide our tenants with quick bursts of advice, ideas, tips and tricks to help them in situations of doubt. Never bled a radiator? no problem. Never changed a fluorescent bulb? we’ve got you covered.
