Good news for investors in Plough Maltings, completions of phase 1 have started, and the rents are now being valued approx. £100 per month higher than initially promised at point of reservation by your sales agents!

Welcome to Plough Maltings, the latest site to complete from the ‘Off-Market Property Investment Industry’.  A historic brewery in the beloved market town of Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire, between Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and the renowned Peak District.
