eProperty Agent becomes… addressed!

To kick start our 2024, we’re giving ourselves a fresh new look and re-branding to the name addressed!

In truth, the name change had been on our minds for years.  Whilst the name eProperty Agent served a purpose, it did give a suggestion of a hybrid agency, a national and cost-effective agency, giving the local presence needed to do the job but the practical streamlined nature that creates a time and cost saving to its clients.  This allowed us to grow in to one of the most commonly recommended letting agencies throughout England by the off-market investment sales agents that we’re now all very familiar with.  We built our portfolio from Cornwall to Cumbria, developed, trained and gained qualifications for a team of professional Property Managers, and instilled a culture of focussing on ensuring the experience our landlords received was positive and comfortable at all costs.

It’s allowed us to become relevant in the industry, but now we’re ready to show an improved version of ourselves and for our brand to truly reflect who we are.  We’re ready to take the business to a whole new level.

Where does the name addressed come from?  Well it’s a play on words, ‘address’ relates to property, and ‘addressed’ meaning to have things sorted.  And that’s what we want to be known for, the national lettings agent that makes things happen.

So get use to seeing slogans and headlines like; ‘maintenance issues… addressed’ or ‘hoping for a rent increase on your property?… it’s addressed’.  You get the gist.

And more than just headlines and slogans, it’s a culture for us, so you can hold us to it when it comes to your own property management needs, we’ll be happy to address them all.

We hope you like the new look and look forward to growing our portfolio alongside yours this year.

Here’s to a great 2024.

Best,

Mat
