One of the client’s shortest void period was one day, meaning that they completed their purchase (becoming the owner of the property) one day, and the very next day they had their new tenant moving in. Whilst this is impressive, judging us on our longest void period of 7 days perhaps speaks better to our dedication, giving that this sits well above the national average of 6 weeks (based off 2019’s second quarter).
