Announcing our ‘How To’ Tenant guide series!
How many times have you sought advice, checked google or phoned a friend for advice on what ended up being a simple fix that took you minutes? We’re willing to bet the numbers are high. And with this in mind, we’re launching the first load of our new series today!
The Purpose
As with everything we do, our primary focus is going above and beyond for an excellent service delivered to both clients and tenants alike. Now, being nationwide, our tenants locations vary - but the problems they run into? they’re often the same. The goal of the ‘How To’ series is to provide our tenants with quick bursts of advice, ideas, tips and tricks to help them in situations of doubt. Never bled a radiator? no problem. Never changed a fluorescent bulb? we’ve got you covered.
When can you expect to see the guides?
Now! Currently our YouTube channel is more packed than its ever been! With 10 new uploads today (and 10 more coming very soon) each focusing on a tenant specific scenario - we’ve decided to provide you with the guides today rather than release them on a weekly basis. Why? well, because your problems probably won’t align with an upload schedule, and they’re of no use to you where you cant access them easily!
What can you expect from the guides?
As you can see in the video exampled below, what you’re getting is a simple break down guide - no fuss, no unnecessary additions. Often in under a minute, we aim to solve an issue, tackle a problem or present you with some insightful info on the efficiency of your home!
Don’t want to miss out on the next lot?
The best thing you can do is subscribe to our YouTube channel, and follow our social media accounts for when videos go live! It’s the most efficient way of keeping up with eProperty Agent, and we’ll be posting updates and offers you won’t want to miss out on!
Don’t see the guide you’re looking for?
Let us know what you’d like to see, let us know of any issues you think we may have missed in our first go of it! We’ll be sure to add the good ones to our second round of ‘How To’ guides!
