EPA on Social Media

In the 21st century, It’s an indisputable fact that we spend more time on our phones than ever before. Consuming content has become very normal in minute - to - minute intervals on our pocket sized devices. This year, we wanted to utilise these methods of displaying our brand.

Having just completely re-branded our online presence (more info on this in our last blog post), we wanted to build an audience to show it too! The time had never been more perfect to try our hand at social media. We decided to primarily focus our efforts on Facebook, Instagram & Youtube, a platform suited to each of the opportunities we wanted to create for ourselves.

Facebook

With facebook, it was our idea to establish a real community. Having pages that any user can like and be a part of meant inclusion for everyone - not just our clients. Anyone can search us up and view our content - which ranges from interesting information we think is worth sharing to exclusive promotional offers you wont want to miss out on!

Instagram

Instagram was a personal favourite of our marketing team to work on. The main purpose of Instagram was to provide those quick snippets of information. We have an update for you? Or perhaps we want to quickly show you an impressive property that you could call a home? With the swiping culture surrounding instagram, we enable ourselves able to contact you briefly, giving you small insights into our day to day work to keep you in the loop.

YouTube

YouTube is perhaps one of our most ambitious projects, second only to the rebranding. With YouTube, we wanted to be the company you can rely on for accurate, easy to digest information. Not everyone has time to read extensive, lengthy documents - but the information still needs to be given to them. Thats where we come in, with our series of informative, simple explanation videos ranging from your new responsibilities to explaining a process from conception to completion.

The world of social media is only getting bigger, and as a company - we want to take that journey with them.
